At TechnuPet, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ll do our best to help.

How long do I have to return?

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible, your item must be:

> Unused and in the same condition that you received it

> In its original packaging

Items not eligible for return (if used only)

> For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain products once used, including:

> Cat litter and litter boxes

> Pet beds, blankets, and similar textile items

> Grooming products (brushes, clippers, etc.)

> Feeding and drinking accessories

> Personalized or custom-made items

> Gift cards and perishable goods

How to start a return

We’ll confirm your eligibility and provide the return address and instructions.

⚠️ Please do not ship any items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged on arrival.
